Marion Irene Kemp

Marion Irene Kemp, 77, of Temple Hills, Maryland departed this life on May 13, 2023.

Born March 11, 1946 in Arrington she was a daughter of the late Ernest Sheffield Kemp and Martha Harris Kemp.

She was a United States Navy Veteran having served in Desert Storm and a member of New Mount Baptist Church in Arrington.

Marion is survived by her sisters, Shirley Noaks of Rockville, MD; Alberta Brown of Arrington; Anna Kemp of Silver Spring, MD; and Martha Estelle Harvey of Lynchburg as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at New Mount Baptist Church in Arrington with Rev. Brenda Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in New Mount Memorial Gardens in Arrington.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
